Research directions

Six complementary lines of research on the digital transformation of democracy.

CIDD’s work is organised around six research directions. Each direction brings together center members, doctoral students and external collaborators and can be the starting point for joint projects.

  • transparency, accountability and trust in institutions

Identity and migration in the digital era

We study identity transformations and migration in the context of globalization and digitalization, and their impact on social cohesion.
